100s of calls to escorts on university issued phone, during recruiting trips taken on school plane, and 200 some odd calls to now disassociated booster lee Harris are very, very bad news for bjork, freeze, and the fb program. With all this, are we now awaiting very, very, very bad news? How does it get much worse than it already is? A 3rd NOA? A 3- year bowl ban?

Freeze deserves a very long and painful show-cause penalty. Since these calls are just now being exposed, can ncaa clamp him down for quite awhile on what they already, or will it a 3rd NOA? Also, while it would seem that these revelations tie LOIC up with a nice, neat bow, they weren't the basis for the charge. Here's my problem with the NCAA----why the hell did they not pursue the frigging phone records from the get-go? And will another NOA and another 4-5 years before OM gets what's coming to them. In court, you don't prevail on your claim with facts revealed the day before you go to trial, esp when a little due diligence would've easily gotten you those facts before you ever filed your damn lawsuit. This thing has all the makings of another 10-year ordeal....if the taxpayers are willing to pony up for OM accumulating obscene legal fees to delay the inevitable.

The NCAA cannot pursue the phone records. They don't have the power or staff. They can consider whatever is out there now.

Mississippi should not worry about the NCAA and 3rd NOA at this point, the better worry about a criminal investigation.
