The WSJ article says the call was made on Jan. 19th (and also that Freeze was in Tampa on the 19th) but We Lot of Pirates says it was made on Jan 21.

Maybe Im misreading, but I see nothing in that article that makes me think the hookers were for Freeze. Reading between the lines, they were clearly for croots.

But ... if they were not for personal use by Hugh, and he's totally innocent on the hooker call front, wouldn't a man who's so righteous as Hugh portrayed himself to be try to maintain his reputation regardless of how much money OM gave him? Of course, that supposition kinda calls flat even if he was calling them for recruits and not himself. To me, there's just something about the entire situation that doesn't add up. I don't understand how he could be in Tampa on the 19th and D.C. on the 20th. There's no time to be ****ing a hooker if you have to be flying to DC in a couple hours. You'd **** her in DC instead. Think about that thought process.

I don't buy it.

So if he was in DC and he is the addict everyone from OM seems to be claiming, then why wouldn't he just call an escort service in DC? Instead he calls a service in Tampa, and then secretly goes to Florida to meet up with this girl(?), and then heads back home to Oxford? That doesn't add up.

There is always the possibility that he had a specific girl(?) in Tampa that he was carrying on with, but that would make the "pattern of behavior" narrative from Bjork seem flimsy.

Here is what everyone needs to think about:

If ALL of these hookers were for Hugh then A) Why has he not come out in public with a confession, as a said man of God, to say he has failed his family and God, and asked for forgiveness, privacy and such while he tries to repair the damage he has done and own up to his problems? And B) why would his wife still be with him after banging all of these women as a pattern of a sex addict? No chance of coming back from that, i.e. Tiger Woods. Seriously, one indiscretion or affair is forgivable and can be worked though by a couple that loves each other. But this kind of shit, I'm out!
