It may be "alleged", but its a lot more difficult to make those go away before you turn 21. If he blew into a breathlyzer and registered 0.002 or above, he's toast. Basically one beer.

I just asked one of my kids that goes to MSU, and she said that there is car service in Starkville. It a van service ( not Uber or a Taxi ) that cost $5. There is another service that is free if you have a student I.D. She and her friends have used it several times. Maybe the word needs to get out more about these services. Better yet, the use of a DD should always be in the plans of a night out.
