Ole Piss has a set budget every year and it is approved by the State. Their allotted draw from the State will not change, so the money will have to come from private donations, a slush fund, or pulled from other programs at the school.

Think about, they are giving up the bowl money and now the court expenses. Something will not be financed or have a loss in budgeted money at the school, unless the boosters "Pony" up.
