    It is shameful that Penn State even has a program anymore. It should have been ended, permanently.

    I don't believe in preseason polls, it is a popularity contest. Plus, once you are in and playing cream puffs to inflate your record, it hard for a good team to play their way into the polls. Polls should not start until the 4 week. Preseason polls are early morning bathroom reading only.
