    Lots of Institutional Control.

The NCAA is using the wrong term... OM has controlled their illicit recruiting very well for a very long time.

The Mafia does not lack for institutional control. Nor do Mexican drug cartels. They have lots of control and until recently so has OM.

They controlled an upscale good ol' boy network that has distributed cars cash lodging loans loose women merchandise motel rooms for years without missing a beat.

They controlled their lapdogs in regional media (Kellenberger, Chris Low, Barrett Sallee, Finebaum, etc) and had them taking dictation instead of covering the biggest off the field sports story the SEC has seen in a generation. (Palace eunuch Godfrey is still on board...maybe he can pull their bacon out of the fire in the next 48 hours.)

Tell me how much "control" a University has to lose before it finds itself inadvertently funding escorts for recruits. Just couldn't be helped I guess.

What they haven't been able to control is their reflexive need to lie and cover up every step of the way. Every time their administration has responded, they have sighted down the barrel, located one foot or the other and fired.

Heady times if you value justice, karma, and corrective retribution...

Anybody know what it would take to retrofit Vaught Hemingway for SEC softball? Or as a petting zoo?
