I would love to see the phone records from a week before last years OM -Vandy game, when Ole Big Barn got suspended,( ie the NCAA told OM that Leo had dropped the dime on them), to a few weeks after the Egg Bowl.

Why would your Head Coach, The face of your program, in this case Freeze, actually be the one making the calls to the escort services??? The Head Coach of an SEC school making 5 million year has to make Hooker calls??? Seriously???

"THEY" can deny all they want until the Court strong arms them. We understand that HNs legal team has been granted access to specific phone records. The Court could very well continue being accommodating to HN in the future thus THEY can not deny for fear of contempt of court sanctions. Also, the States Attorney has responsibilities to investigate the providing of prostitution to minors alleged to OM. THEY can not deny a State official access to State records. Any OM associate who is seen as impeding a criminal investigation could be arrested on the spot including the Wolfpack of attorneys shielding OM Football. Remember OM is not a private corporation like USC or Stanford, OM is a State possession. DENIAL of information could be very painful for "THEY".

I've wondered this same thing. He's always tried to maintain plausible deniability on all the other stuff, lest he doesn't have something to throw under the bus at every turn.
