They are denying Tom Mars Freezus phone records, they know what's in there and they know it's their ass when these guys start going thru the records and find and trace these calls.

Here's the deal on that:
1. The phone records will show escorts for players. There is no way Freeze was calling all those escorts for 5 years on all those dates just for himself. And how they amazingly line up with recruiting weekends
2. The OM spin is going to be when they finally get released? Freeze was a sex addict.

On what grounds are they denying them? Those are public record. I know. I know. Law doesn't matter to them. I just wondered their excuse.

Wolken article says " trying to deny full disclosure of Freeze phone records for the last five years". The assclowns are even trying to charge them $25,100 buck in legal fees.

I think it's way too late for that. Plus Nutt is probably a millionaire so they're going to have to pay him a LOT to make it worth his while.
