Can Hugh Freeze's Business Credit Card records be requested in FOI?

If he was dumb enough to call an escort service on work phone, I'll bet he might have paid for escorts with a company card. Surely he didn't use his personal credit card. Mrs Freeze might have access to personal visa/master card bill when it arrives in the mail at home.

If so, someone might also want to check other coach's records.

    University card. Yes.

    Personal card. No.

However, they can subpoena them under the law suit and get the personal records too.

I think it would be worth looking into.
    1) It would be a black eye on Ole Miss if he were using state money for hookers.
    2) It would strengthen the argument that he may have be purchasing them for recruits.
    3) If you saw similar purchases on other coach's credit cards, then it would almost prove it was for recruiting. (I'm sure nafoom would argue that all coaches were just getting some for themselves)

    4) It would also prove that Admin knew about his "pattern of misconduct"

Cash is very inconvenient, especially if you're arranging things over the phone. If they were smart about it, a booster would use cash to buy and supply Hugh and staff with a big stack of those pre-loaded Visa cards.

What if he used a debit card from a small hometown bank... Did the Mrs. know that there was an account? Who owns that account......

CASH is very convent when seen going into the small town bank with nothing and coming out with a large white envelope.... "Happy Trails to You"......

Not inconvenient at all. You make the arrangements with the service. You pay the girl cash in the room. That is normally how this works. Trust me, I know people who do it.

Forgive my stupidity in the purchasing of hookers. I would assume old school hookers on street corners is a straight cash deal; however, wouldn't upscale internet escorts do business by credit cards. I don't have any experience in these affairs, but one would think they would want some sort of down payment before they travelled from Memphis, Nashville or Atlanta to Oxford to see old Hugh or some recruits.

What I'm referring to is situations where a "party" is arranged for recruits across the country and there is no bagman local to make the payment.

THE phone call was apparently made from Oxford, arranging a "party" in the Tampa area.

I thought there was a story about Hugh traveling to Winona for bank transactions...?
