What if he is a no show? Since he is no longer associated with OM, I wouldn't see that he would be obligated to be there. But then if this was a part of their master plan , and a mutual agreement between Freeze and OM then I could see the relevance.

I doubt Freeze is in Oxford. His wife & daughters got out of town two weeks ahead of the announcement. Freeze forewarned them that the "phone records news" was going to get out & be announced & they skipped out ahead of the "39" storm.

And since Bjork said that they are still backing Freeze saying they believe he ran a clean program, I'm sure they talked him into staying the course & following through with this NCAA COI thing. Just my opinion.

I don't see how the NCAA will be able to stay away from wanting to investigate that "pattern of personal misconduct" since Freeze was the lead recruiter.

I also fail to understand why the NCAA didn't pull his phone records while they spent +5 yrs and countless man hours investigating that program. Basically the NCAA failed to investigate Barney's phone (draft night '16 opened that can), they failed to investigate Tunsil's phone AND they failed to investigate Freeze's company phone records as well. WTF?
