    Search Firm for coaching hires...

    So had Ole Miss used a reputable search firm instead of letting a couple few (Manning/Touhy) choose the coach could they have avoided all this?

    Would a search firm looked into Freese's history a little better?

    They won't ever hire anyone that they can't have conform to the way they do things. Until they get the death penalty they won't change. And most likely won't then.
