For what it is worth, the rumor/speculation among some of the Ole Miss faithful is that Freeze is taking one for the team. Had a close friend and loyal Rebel tell me this today. I am not much of a conspiracy theory person, but the situation in Oxford is so disjointed that nothing would surprise me at this point. If Freeze's resignation is part of a larger cover-up, it will fall apart soon enough and at that point, this becomes SMU part two.

Remember in the hostage video Bdork practically begging to stay in the SEC? They knew how big of a shit storm this really was and probation, lost schollies and a couple of lost bowl games will be the very least of their worries.

What a better way to a recruit's commitment than some cash, clothes and a little poon. If these were minors, then the purchase of escorts/hookers has to be not only a NCAA violation, but a crime. If Bucky was involved with this, then he's got some splaining to do.

A relative of mine went to school with one of our recruits that have since left and went to the NFL, but told me that the recruit told him that Ole Miss was bringing white women to his hotel room. I always assumed it happened but after hearing about it I was stunned.

I believe the prostitutes for recruits is being covered up but don't think these girls were apart of it for two reasons. One, hotel staffers suspected illegal activity in a room = just 1 room. Meaning these two were running an operation out of the room where multiple men came to them - hence, the notice of suspesiuos activity by staffers. I'm thinking the women that were bought or are currently being bought would show up at the recruits room not the other way around.

Two, I don't believe these women are nearly the quality of women that OM bought or are currently buying for recruits.
