    Failure to Avoid Providing Prostitutes for Minors.

    Lack of Institutional Control is way too mild and generalized for what OM has been doing.



    In a way, though, this is not as bad as what I suspected, which was whoring out their own students for visiting recruits. Hiring outside help for this is a better look for OM, even if it happens to be illegal.


    Cars, sex, money, houses, drugs ...Is there even a chance this isn't a bigger dumpster fire than SMU?


    (As long as the "escorts" were over 14 or so, Penn State is probably safe at the pinnacle of college football corruption.)

    Some of the players would have been minors. Not that they mind, but that is still another level of illegal.
