It's entirely possible that there's some scandalous recruiting stuff that went on that the NCAA hasn't found - that a legal inquiry would. In fact, if this civil case proceeds, I suspect there will be a lot more uncovered surrounding Freeze and Ole Miss. And exposing all of that is sort of why Nutt filed the suit in the first place, right?

I will admit, I HATE that we claim 1941 as a university. That's the one that everyone points to and laughs and for good reason imo. However, we were straight up ROBBED a handful of other times due to a national bias against Alabama and/or southern football altogether. 1966 and 1977 come immediately to mind.

I've got to give Random some credit here. He said before the Nutt lawsuit came out that the bomb will drop this week most likely on Freeze, and there is a good chance it involves specific text messages, phone calls and possibly videos.
