So they could beat Dan Mullen. If you consider vacating wins after the fact wins of course.

Damn Jake Wimberly is ripping the clarion ledger and SuperTalk MS (Wyatt) for calming the flames on his patio periscope.

Bjork just admitted that there was a "pattern of indiscretion" by Hugh Freeze. Many phone calls were deleted, but the U of M recovered them.
Can a FOIA be requested for the phone calls deleted by Freeze? OM admittedly has them in their possession.
Just guessing ... but Freeze may have deleted them from the record of calls resident on his telephone, but they would still show up in phone company records. And I assume the company records is what they obtained under the FOI request.

Why would they comply with this FOIA when they're fought everything else citing privacy laws?

Did I see that Nutt's lawyers asked for Freeze's phone records earlier today? Or did that happen a long time ago?

Saw that. I think they may have extended the time frame for the phone records. I think they have the recent year or so. At least that's my guess based on what was put out today.

Isn't the next step for reporters to contact the escorts and find out the details? I'm guessing that ole Hugh won't be the only one implicated.

My understanding is they've done that. They were giving ole miss time to respond. Instead of responding to the story, Freeze just resigned immediately. I imagine the reporters might be giving them time to get their official statement together before expanding the story. Possibly giving Freeze a chance to talk to his family. More will come soon.

Also, there's a good chance some more stuff comes out on top of this. It's bad. I feel awful for the guys family right now. Truly do.

Because AT&T isn't part of the Ole Miss #Network. It sounds like they went to the phone company with the FOIA instead of Ole Miss which is smart because the phone company has nothing to hide nor do they care about Ole Miss.

So Nutt asks for more of his phone records, and by the end of the day Freeze has resigned due to stuff OM "just" found on his phone records?

Seems like another prime example of blatant dishonesty to me.

This all came from Nutt's initial request which was only for 6 days of call logs. They recently filed another request for his call logs for his entire time at OM.

Can't believe they didn't have Cellular South / CSPIRE / Network phone service to protect their coach.

I'm not sure if you're serious but I doubt it would have mattered who their carrier was or is. I just used AT&T as a generic phone company because I have no idea who they use and it could very well have been Cellular South. I think whatever phone company gets an FOIA request I think they answer it and don't really concern themselves with what it is about.

Phone carriers are not subject to FOIA requests - only government/public agencies are. For one of the telecoms to give up records requires a court order. The records came from Ole Miss.
