1. That has nothing to do with the RR case. Literally nothing. That question won't be answered because it's irrelevant to this case.
2. Xancy saying that all but confirms that the RR lawsuit is OM using a booster to sue LL and Kobe in an effort to gain information that would discredit the NCAA's findings.
THIS...nailed it

If the NCAA would have asked that question and Leo said MSU booster paid him, Mullen and Bracky would have been made aware of it after the fact. What did they do the last time that happened? Fired the coach, disassociated the booster, made it public, and benched the player for a year. They did this immediately. If Leo admitted to receiving benefits from MSU and they suspected it would come out by way of an investigation, they would do the same thing they did with Redmond. No doubt. But they haven't and they won't because he never told the NCAA he received benefits from us.

So again Mr Yancy, for shits and giggles, let's say that Leo, Kobe, Miller and others conspired together to lie about RR and it gets removed from the NOA. YOU STILL HAVE 14 more level 1 violations against you that do not involve MSU!!!!!! Please let this sink in for a moment, idiot!!

Edit to clarify: Hell we knew the NCAA was all over MS and that they were watching everything. Setup? Maybe. Higher payment? Doubtful*...

I think you are confusing Dorsett Davis for Eric Dotson, but your point remains valid.

yep ... and Mullen has already said they will be playing this fall........ don't think he would have said something like that if there was ANY doubt
OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) - Ole Miss campus police ask students to behave at future baseball games following a recent incident.
The university said students were reportedly throwing rocks at Georgia baseball players during last weekend's series.

And again... OM's is out to disprove ANYTHING in the NOA and use that as a springboard to sue the NCAA in hopes of having all allegations dropped. Not saying it'll happen or that it's the right play... just stating their last grasp strategy.

Is there a link to the three defendants' responses to the RR lawsuit? Or to any of the three? Would like to read.
Oh, and even if miller's motion to dismiss is denied, he then would have to file an answer. Judge also has to have hearings and decide the change of venue motions and the motions to sever. Translation: it's gonna be a while.
Nutts suit is in federal court where there are deadlines and case management orders. It will move faster. Not fast. But faster.

Thanks, you are correct. Fixed it...

All that needs to be said is that Yancy has lied or been wrong about everything pertaining to this investigation. The whole time he hasn't said anything that has been true. He hasn't broken any news stories, he hasn't come with anything original that was true, and he's proven in the past he will lie and make stuff up to keep subscribers and try to harm MSU on false information.
This is same song different verse
