He either ignored or didn't read Leo & Kobe's response - the motion to split the suit into 2 cases and change venue to Starkville.
There is zero chance this case gets heard in Lafayette Co. Its getting moved to Starkville where the alleged events happen and where the defendants can be tried by a jury of their peers.

Wow! Guess he got his script refilled when he returned from vaca. That's a good thing***

Bingo. I would imagine those motions would have to be heard and decided upon prior to depositions etc. Yancy is a a serious Dbag.

Yeah right. They don't the player's attorney to depose anyone.

My favorite part of this is Xancy says that the redacted name of the MSU booster who payed Leo will come out in the depositions.
1. That has nothing to do with the RR case. Literally nothing. That question won't be answered because it's irrelevant to this case.
2. Xancy saying that all but confirms that the RR lawsuit is OM using a booster to sue LL and Kobe in an effort to gain information that would discredit the NCAA's findings.

Do we know for sure that Leo testified he received any money from State? Was that in the 2nd NOA or just the OM response to the 2nd NOA? Or is it just assumed by Yancy and other OM fans? P.S. Yancy, we're NOT getting in trouble anyway!

No. We did not.

Xancy doesn't even believe what he's saying. He's being told what to say in hopes people take this stuff serious. His sheep are lapping it up. Leo reported the cash payment when it happened. He was never going there, and they're pissed they got played.

Just to sum it up. The Ole Miss Sports Sites are trying to hold on to their existing subscribers and hope their subscribers don't bolt and run for the hills. So anything positive on Ole Miss or anything negative on MSU is there plan of action.

Um no he didn't. Immunity doesn't cover us in this deal. It covers him vs other institutions. Had he said we paid him, which he didn't. We'd be screwed. That hasn't happened.

This.
Also realize that the NCAA would've never asked that question as it was irrelevant to the case.

We DID NOT pay him. He did what Eric Dotson did back in the 90's, he took their money and signed where he wanted. What was the OM booster gonna do, ask for it back?? Best they can do is scream at him in a drunken stuper, call him the N word, get it caught on camera and then get "disassociated".
Edit to clarify: Hell we knew the NCAA was all over MS and that they were watching everything. Setup? Maybe. Higher payment? Doubtful*...

You would think.....
Maybe I can point out a few pieces of serious misses in the tancey's tweet....
1. Mr. Miller requested the case be DROPPED... This will have to be heard before the case goes forward in Oxford.....
2. Mr. Jones and Mr. Lewis's, separate attorneys EACH asked for:
a. A change of venue to Starkville, MS where the SAID "illegal benefits" took place
b. Each case to be separated
c. Each case should be heard on its on merit
3. Depositions do not happen immediately. One case I know about took 5 years to get the depositions completed and for some cases that is a short time..... For Example: Ask Mr. D. Scruggs how long depositions took during the tobacco lawsuits....
4. All attorneys must AGREE to the said dates (good luck with this one)
a. Three different law firms
b. Two different county Circuit Clerk Offices
c. Judge that already has a set schedule for months out to hear any of these cases....
d. Open court rooms that have not already been scheduled out for months.
e. Witnesses have to be scheduled for court
f. The students have classes that should not be missed
I am not sure who is feeding the information about but someone needs to just STOP....
