What is the deal with Deion Pope

Enrolled in January, went thru spring practice now says he wants to be closer to home and is transferring to Jackson State.

Have not a clue if he would have played.

Deion being Deion is most of it. Family stuff as well. He would benefit being away from home but there was always a pull back. He needs to stick at JSU and keep himself separated from things in Jackson that could side track him.

Sounds like homesickness was brought about with new DC.

I wish him the best and I hope he stays away from the misfits in the hood of Jax!

Just like when we were at this same number when fall camp opened last year and folks said thats more we can sign for 2017. Obviously we see how that turned out. At least we don't have to worry about any black OP retaliation from OM on the NCAA front because we have probably self-imposed 20 scholarships already over the past 3-4 years.

maybe we are stockpiling future self imposed schollie reductions when OM turns the tide of the NCAA in our direction **
OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) - Ole Miss campus police ask students to behave at future baseball games following a recent incident.
The university said students were reportedly throwing rocks at Georgia baseball players during last weekend's series.

Actually we still have a few kids that haven't enrolled yet and if they get in along with Hodges if we land him we will be very close to the 85.. some of you need to chill the **** out about scholarship numbers.
