    Yup. It's a sign of a good athletic department when people are being hired out of it. It means that the culture is right.

    Look how many more of our guys have been hired than shitheads have had hired.

    Well, I guess it's better than the alternative....having dead weight that gets nothing accomplished and that nobody else wants.

    Plus, you never know when you'll have an opportunity to get somebody back like this down the line for whatever reason. Not saying Cohen is going anywhere, but just generalizing the situation to fit any position. No different than Mullen's assistants going someplace. You never know when you might need one to come back some day.
