    Question about Ole Miss stuff...

Has there actually been a single thing released saying Leo's statements were inconsistent? Everybody claiming to be an Ole Miss fan is claiming "Leo Lied!" Or "inconsistency btwn statements!"....are they all just toting the party line on hearsay AGAIN, or is there actual substance to this?

Hard to believe the NCAA would take a weak argument to the COI. I'm thinking Ole Miss fans are yet again being led by their own misinformed into false hope.

Yancy clicked his heels 3 times and the spirit repeated the narrative enough times that it must be true by now. With any luck, OM can let us carry their self imposed stuff and we'll just call it square.

The only actual example we've heard was the "bag of cash" versus "wad of cash" line. And considering how pathetic that example is, I have major doubts as the validity of their other "lying" claims.

This is 100% their version of the events. And you would have to be dumb as a brick to take anything coming out of that misinformation camp at face value.

Leo would've been suspended late in the year last year if his testimony conflicted.

The NCAA already knows the answers to the questions when doing immunity and, if Leo would've lied, it would've been obvious.

So, no. OM doesn't have a leg to stand on.

They also say that other recruits and their families were interviewed about receiving swag from RR, to which OM notes that none of them did, which in their mind negates LL's and KJ's testimony. One question though, these interviews that OM is referencing: where these done by the NCAA, or by OM's athletic dept. during their investigation? Because if it's just OM people, that's a hugely differently thing from a NCAA immunity investigation.

It's obvious Leo's lying. That's why we suspended him from the spring game.***
But seriously, I would like to ask Ole Miss fans why they believe this and where the proof is. They aren't even quoting anyone when they state that Leo is lying, they just state it as fact. We all know this info is coming from their talking heads like Chuck and Yancy but I don't think a lot of the fans know where the info is coming from. I think the majority are just repeating something they heard or read on the internet. Just like when they were saying it was only track and women's bb.

Someone made a good point the other day about the RR lawsuit , and that the 3mentioned in the suit - LL, Kobe Jones , and Lindsey Miller (Tunsil) were all 3 from different classes - 2013,2014,and 2015. None of them probably knew each other , yet all 3 had similar stories about Rebel Rags . When collecting evidence I would find that very damaging hearing 3 similar stories from kids who graduated in different years and went to different schools , yet all 3 had similar stories about how Ole Miss swag would end up in their hands

according to George Castanza "It's not a lie if you believe it"
OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) - Ole Miss campus police ask students to behave at future baseball games following a recent incident.
The university said students were reportedly throwing rocks at Georgia baseball players during last weekend's series.

Could it be possible that they are doing this as an effort to keep subscribers knowing that's its complete bs and then once they get hammered can say well Ole miss told us this, thus continuing the notion that ole miss has not been correct on a single talking point issue yet?

They're hanging their hats on his statements saying a "bag of cash" once and a "wad of cash" another time. Nevermind that the NCAA knows he got the cash and where it came from... he described it differently damnit! Lol.

They're in deep, shark infested waters and reaching for life vest man. Sit back. Relax. And watch them scramble from excuse to excuse lawsuit to lawsuit. It's come. It's over. And they know it.

It's people saying they have inside info. Like space cadet Jim Shute calling into Finebaum saying LL singed an affidavit. He claims his lawyer buddy is the one that saw the affidavit. If true, why would a lawyer allow that info to reach people like Jim? If they had any inside knowledge, we would have known about it because they would have read it here.

As far as the bag or wad goes, they'll be hyperventilating into one, or blowing one, when they find out Chunk & Xanxy lied to them again.

Even if by 1% chance that the NCAA throws out the Leo Lewis stuff, they're still going to be ****ed.

Not only did Leo, Kobe, and Tunsil go to different schools in HS but they also committed to different schools. There goes the theory that it was all a setup by the puppet master Dan Mullen.

For a bunch that claimed Mullen was a Scientologist for at four years the OM bunch sure do believe in the power of positive thinking. Maybe that's why RK thought if he thought happy thoughts he could fly out of a hotel window.

    To me its simple:

Multiple people are going to say they got free stuff from Rags
Rags and his employees will say they didnt.

    He said- He said.

No way Rags wins this case

While at the same time accusing Leo Lewis of lying when the NCAA gave him immunity. Rags has a helluva lot more to lie about than Leo Lewis does.

People also forget there's two levels of proof. 1) that comments made against RR were harmful and untruthful and 2) they were intended solely for the purpose of hurting RR. Even if they got to level 1 proof (which is going to be incredibly difficult to do considering the corroborating testimonies), the comments weren't made to hurt RR. They hurt Ole Miss. Period. End of story. End of suit. Leo and company don't give two rats asses about an ole Miss apparel store. That's what they have to prove... that they were out to get RR. That's laughable.

What's also funny is that it would've had to be public statements. Leo never made any public statements about RR. It was during a private meeting that he made the comments. Then OLE MISS people leaked it. Ole miss people also organized a "sting" didn't they?

RR's lawyers are going to be made to look silly in court and they knownit. There's close to 0% chance imo that any of this ever goes that far. It's absolutely insane to be taking legal action considering the circumstances, especially when you consider a millionaire is suing a college student.

it's important for them to have their fanbase believe this ... it gives them something to rally around when they convince them that MSU was behind this .... it's all they have left to build upon and it's easy for them to hate state
