As of the 3rd round, this thing is going our way!
Anderson (Vanderbilt's Kendall) and Hutchinson (Louisville's MacKay) not called yet. They are No. 1 picks in 2 to 3 years.

Welp, Bacon drafted in 4th round...$495K vs Mississippi State

You won't know until after round 10. Way too early.

and they took a low ranked guy in the 3rd. they'll have the money to give him more if needed.

I'm not as concerned with losing JUCO pitchers just because of who we have returning from injury like Small, Hughes, Rigby, etc. Would love to hang on to the high school guys and the JUCO bat of Tyreque Reed.

Bacon and Pearson McMahon drafted.

Big losses on bacon and mcmahon. Just lost a weekend starter and a back end guy who would had very likely been our closer.

You not allowed to get upset about the draft. When younr recruit well, it happens.
Furthermore, for the most part, it evens out across the country.
Any JC player that is good, will likely sign in pro ball.
They've been in college for two years and are ready to go out. Transferring to another school isn't all that appealing.
CAN'T PUT A SADDLE ON A MUSTANG
Quit Your Bi$&$&?!, He's Not Going to Run the Ball More

Padget will be our closer. LHP is more valuable. These guys were RHP. We need LHP in the worst way.
-
Pearson McMahan in the 4th

I don't even bother with commits' names till after the draft. I know if my choices were pay for school or 300k or so, I'm gone

Cool your jets on that one.

A lot of unranked guys being taken I've noticed. Still players that are ranked in the 40-50 range left on the board. This probably means those kids will go to school.
