    So what level of pissed off

    will this "lawsuit" take the NCAA to? Leo and Kobe are, after all, being sued based on information the NCAA gathered. That's almost a slap in the NCAA's face as I see it.

    The NCAA and the SEC has to shut this down immediately or they run the risk of losing the ability to get athletes to cooperate when given immunity and, once they lose immunity, they can't investigate.
