Regional RPI Stats
I couldn't find any breakdown of how tough each regional is by RPI, so I put some together. I know this isn't necessarily how tough a regional is, but it was the easiest way for me to get to a number. When I averaged the RPIs of all 4 teams it mostly came out to be just whatever the 4 seed was ranked, so I also took the average of the top 3 seed's RPIs for what should be a better indicator.
