The best coaching decision Manieri made was to just have his hitters stand there without swinging the bat and have his pitchers throw it somewhere in the Starkville area code.

I feel sorry for our team. They fought back to get this game tied and the coaching staff didn't reward them by putting us in the best position to win. I'd be extremely pissed at our coaches right now. Saving self and price for a meaningless game

Helps when your team has a history of shit just working out for them....and when your playing a team that has a history of things just never working out for them.

Haha I came to the same conclusion, it's easy to have fun when you expect everything to go your way. We could still take a lesson or two from there I think though.
