I would never throw Mangum a strike. He should be an easy out for most teams. He kills himself by only hitting shit pitches for weak contact. It's a shame. He has to know, but clearly isn't trying to fix it

He's a kid who refuses to take a walk. He refuses to look at pitches. He got mainly fastballs last year and that is a big reason he had a lot of success. This year he is getting more breaking pitches and offspeed stuff so he had to adjust. Unfortunately, he has not adjusted.

Or maybe we can actually play the best players for a change. I mean I know it was Troy but we scored 10 runs on Tuesday doing that.

Bragg has been ill. That's part of the reason he hasn't been playing lately. Poole however should not play. RF is not an elite defensive position. The only way we could justify playing Poole would be if he was Hunter Renfroe good defensively and he's not.
