    Butch Thompson's return to Starkvegas

Nice article from the Montgomery Advertiser about Butch Thompson's upcoming return to the Dude as the head coach at Auburn and his experiences at State.

"Cohen had Thompson begin to speak at fundraisers, alumni functions and national coaching conventions without MSU?s pitching coach having any idea why he was being asked to do this. [Thompson] would tell [Cohen], "I?m not good at this stuff and he would say I had to do it for the development of the program and the fans,? Thompson said. ?What I didn?t realize until later was he was doing it for the development of me as a head coach." That's a sign of being a good boss.

Hopefully, Butch will leave with a plate of something from the grills in LFL and at least two more in the L column (preferably 3).

Leave us your broken dreams, we'll give them time to mend. There's still a lot of love living in the Promiseland"

What's the sign of being a whipped ass, Butch? That's the sign you need to work on.
