Good thing we pitched around Kessinger.** He's batting about a buck fifty.

Sucks for more than just the kid and South Carolina. South Carolina plays Kentucky and lsu coming up. I think lsu and certainly Kentucky are still very much in the race with us for sec title.

Jake "whatever you throw, I'm swinging" Mangum

You'd think with the hurt hand, Jake would try patience at the plate

Yep. Fathers living vicariously thru their children. Didn't have these problems
when there was nothing but Park and Rec. ball.

Rooker and Mangum better start hitting if we want to do anything this year.
-
If rooker doesn't warm back up, I think we about to fade in sec standings
-
Rooker, they aren't going to throw you strikes with an open base! Take the walk or hit a MISTAKE PITCH....don't chase their unintentional walks
-
I guess Denver is just destined to pitch from behind all night long.
-
McQuary is consistent....consistently down 2-0 to every hitter

And hunter don't steal with rooker batting... rooker can drive you in from first and rooker won't see anything good with 1b open. Dumb running there imo

He let a fastball go by that went right down the middle. This Ole Miss pitcher is daring him to hit his fastball. This does not bode well if both Mangum and Rooker go on a slide.

Rookers gotta start going opposite direction on outside pitches. Can't be trying to pull everything.
-
Looks like word is out on how to pitch him. He needs to adjust.

Shit they are just straight up challenging him with fastballs. He just isn't hitting them.
