When I think about this team I first think about its toughness and never say die attitude. It is amazing what we have accomplished with all of the injuries we have faced and Cann having to make all of the decisions he's had to make to fill out a lineup. The next thing I think about is how good we would be had we had the pitching staff healthy and available the whole year. Some of these guys throwing in SEC games would be fighting over innings during the midweek. And then I think of the future and what it's going to be like having the best baseball stadium in the country and Cann's ability to relate to recruits. That, along with his knowledge and contacts of the scouting world of Major League Baseball and if that will give him an advantage in signing guys who will choose college instead of losing them to MLB like we've done in the past. Where are my shades? This sun is hurting my eyes.

    A hateful moment:

The two High Schools that de-committed from us are having bad years and are token participants. Instead of actually playing for an SEC contender they are sitting on the bench...The three guys HS that committed and stuck by Cannazarro are playing and getting every opportunity to be difference makers.

Elliot Anderson (Auburn) 4.2 Innings, 13.50 ERA, and 0.409 Opposing Batting Average

Mitchell Miller (Clemson) 3.1 Innings, 16.20 ERA, and 0.286 Opposing Batting Average

Meanwhile in Starkville, Ashcraft, Self, and McQuary have 76 combined innings and 7 Starts. With Self heading to freshman All-SEC status.

Well, it looks like we should be glad to this point they haven't been available for us.

Bama should not have been in a game but walks and our inability to put the ball in play with runners on the path allowed Bama to hang around. The bright spot is we got the sweep , the bad part is we could have been swept
Bama is nowhere near as bad as any team ever in the sec. You are either uninformed or don't know the history of sec baseball. Hell out 2008 team was worse. Prob 2009-10 too. Bama is not good, but go look at their close losses and come back.

There is no shame in sweeping any sec team. Especially when your stars were largely a non factor.
