Baseball at 47,427,000 to Roy Anderson

Well, I suppose that is good, some of you "contract experts on expansion" were saying anything above 45,000,000 was good.
-
Is that with or without the lofts??

If you build it they will come.

Have heard that Lofts will be done at same time as stadium. Just under a different project.

Yup, best case I have heard is during the second phase. But it will be a whole separate project.

This.
They'll be built and finished at a similar time, but just not at the exact same time.

Is it true that they are keeping the current dugouts and box seats as is and rebuilding around them? Heard this today for the first time. Hope it's just a rumor.

How many seats will the grandstand hold? The grandstands stop at first and third. There will
Be hills to sit on in between the grandstand and fence.
-
Will the finished product give us anywhere near the same high that the virtual renderings did?
Are the grandstands going to be down sized?
Is the RF entrance gonna look like the rendering?
Are the LF Lofts really going up?

What? That post raises a hell of a lot of questions. One being why are they suing the university, another being why in the hell would the university give the contract to a company that is currently trying to sue them.

I assume he was the low. Since this is public money they have to accept the lowest bidder because we are dealing with public funds. There is always an out for the owner if they can prove the low bidder is not capable of completing he work, or other factors. This is how most public bids work but I am not positive on the legal framework of this particular bid.

Isn't the existing structure all concrete? I guess I'm interested in how you demo everything but the current box seats.
