    They'll be built and finished at a similar time, but just not at the exact same time.

    Will the finished product give us anywhere near the same high that the virtual renderings did?

    Are the grandstands going to be down sized?

    Is the RF entrance gonna look like the rendering?

    Are the LF Lofts really going up?

    I assume he was the low. Since this is public money they have to accept the lowest bidder because we are dealing with public funds. There is always an out for the owner if they can prove the low bidder is not capable of completing he work, or other factors. This is how most public bids work but I am not positive on the legal framework of this particular bid.
