    Former Brave Otis Nixon reported missing

    Went to play golf Saturday morning, but never showed up.

    My first major league game was when Nixon was in prime form. He led off the first inning against the Padres and got on with a walk. The Padres pitcher threw over to first like 6 straight times without throwing to the plate. The first pitch he threw to the plate, Nixon stole 2nd. It was awesome. That guy could fly, Billy Hamilton reminds me of him but hopefully without the nose candy addiction.

    Smoke is missing? That sux. Some of the best years in my life were spent watching him play and hanging out with him and Tony Watts those years. Was he back in Flora when he went missing or somewhere else?

    Since this thread is about Otis Nixon, is this the first time he's been missing? Seems like around 10 years ago he was missing as well. I could be dreaming, but I sure think I remember him being in the news before as being missing. Hope he's found safe.

    From what I can recall, I believe you are correct. Darren Williams was murdered in

    Atlanta as well I believe.
