Great 1st half. I'd love to get Schaefer involved and her hit some threes. If she gets hot that could be the difference in the game.

First time in the tourney Baylor has not been WAY ahead at the 1/2, much less behind. Will be interesting to see how they respond.

Yeah. I think they have UConn in their sights this time.

Their success is more sustainable with the high percentage shots. BUT with our driving and the fact that Blair and DD have yet to contribute means we could possibly keep it up for another 20 minutes.

Coach Schaefer usually makes good halftime adjustments. I don't know what we can do differently to try to stop Brown but I'm eager to see what we try. It looks like she relies on help on defense and doesn't take chances so I doubt we get her in foul trouble.

Blair didn't play much but made at least one 3. DD has shot a couple of times but I don't think she's made one yet. Her forte is defense though ... she pesters them to death.

We just need to make the short shots. Vic can't do much about that, at least at halftime. Last time I saw it, their shot-making percentage was almost twice ours.

Yeah, we are playing well. Should be up more but we missed some easy open shots and couldn't widen it (the lead). All around good job though.
