    Made my own sushi. We had ahi sashimi first with homemade eel sauce and spicy mayo. Did spicy tuna rolls was so ****ing legit. Want to thank Maxwells market for the tuna. Shit is straight from Honolulu market. Ross is a boss.

    Never done it but I've always heard the hardest part is getting the rice right. Agree? Disagree? How was it?

    The rice is the hardest and one of the most key part. The rest is just fun. Once the rice is sweated out then it's just cutting whatever you want in the rolls. But you better have the highest quality fish.

    I rolled out the tuna, stuck a knife to it and ate it. No sauce. The quality of the ingredients are key.
