Gridley needs to drop in the lineup. He cannot be hitting fastballs down the pipe to 2B with a man on and 0 outs in our 3 hole. After hitting a 2-1 pitch to the pitcher his first AB. I know I've defended him in the 3, but geez.

I don't disagree but I don't know who we put there. Move Mangum but now we don't have a leadoff guy. Move LA but shit he's not much in the 2. Then move Stovall up but it makes our bottom that much worse. Just gonna be painful growing.

We don't have anybody that can hit you ****ing dumbass. All year it's gonna be this way. You think we are just gonna magically start scoring runs? No we aren't they have to grind thru it. Or they aren't good enough and we need new ones. Either way it a process and it's painful.

The reasoning is mangum gets on base at over .500. If he gets on, blaylock will see fastballs which he crushes and rooker will get ab's with mangum on base.
Will it work? Maybe not, but our current lineup is not and that's for certain
