COI meetings
Question: Does the COI meet for each separate case they have going around the country or do they meet and handle all the cases on the docket for the year at the 1 meeting per year? And why have they not scheduled this meeting yet? Or is it a secret? It would seem several of the people on the committee are pretty successful and busy people and need advanced notice on when they will need to meet.

The COI meets 4 times a year.

So when they look at the number of allegations for OM compared to their other cases they will be like this:
Death penalty or bust!!!***
-
I found this on the NCAA website:
NUMBER OF IN-PERSON MEETINGS PER YEAR:
Scheduled meeting take place on the weekend (Friday through Sundays) in the months of February, April, June, August, October and December (normally the second weekend of the month).
NUMBER OF CONFERENCE CALLS:
Conference calls take place on as needed basis, approximately 10 times per year.
OTHER COMMENTS:
Four meetings per year are conducted in Indianapolis and the remaining two are conducted at various locations around the country.

I don't think there is one committee. I believe I heard there were several made of of AD's and School Presidents.

Each Division has a committee made up of a variety of members. Most are affiliated with a conference. Here's a link to the current Division I roster.
