    Oregon game 3

    I'm assuming we face Matt Mercer (rhp) today. Here's his stat line...

    10.1 ip 6 h 2 er 3 bb 12 k
    1.78 era
    0.8911 whip

    Ready to see how ashcraft handles his toughest start so far this year. Gotta figure his rope will be short with cyr available.

    Wanna see mcnamee, Gordon, and Bragg get a start after the good swings they had yesterday.

    ETA... mercer sat out his senior HS year bc of TJ surgery. Apparently that's the reason he went to college instead of MiLB. He was a top 50 recruit nationally and a Perfect Game Underclass 1st team AA. He's very highly thought of

    Mercer pitched us last night, we face Cole Stringer today. He beat Fresno State and then got roughed up a bit by San Diego. Right Hander, Sophmore, 2.45 ERA

    With a shitty little lefty starting for Oregon, probably no Cole Gordon. Makes me worried about getting double digit K's again. At least Bragg and McNamee looked ok yesterday. Hopefully, Lovelady stays hot.
