After the 2013 class a lot of people were saying the rebels had to be cheating and called on the NCAA to do something. The NCAA were already on campus and took up the challenge. However after two years they haven't come up with much and were about to wrap up when the Tunsil fight occurred and the stepdad went running to the NCAA."
