I wouldnt read too much into the draft night stuff not being in there specifically. The reason it's not in there is bc the NCAA has to speak to both parties in order to corroborate the texts. They probably talked to Miller and Farrar, but Tunsil refused since he had no obligation to do so. Therefore, it cannot be included bc they cant speak to the other party, Tunsil. I think it's that simple.
BUT, while not specifically mentioned, it embarrassed the NCAA enough to ramp things up to the immunity level which led to the most incriminating evidence. While its not included specifically in the NOA, draft night's affect is definitely in there, and it will be a factor in the punishment as well IMO.

They don't just want Archie, they want the whole damn thing, the way that The Network has played this game has been the absolutely worst thing that could have happened to UNM. The Network decided to be untruthful, and deceitful a throughout the entirety of the investigation and they are going to pay for it. The NCAA is going to kick the whole rotten house down, they haven't stopped investigating and won't until the gig is over. Bend over and say Ahhh bears this one is going to hurt when it's over.

I wish they'd put the evidence out there for all to see with the NOA, because OM fans will never believe that their beloved coach did anything wrong unless hard facts are put out there. They still may not believe it.

Exactly. They will be punished for the draft night stuff whether or not the NCAA includes it in the report. It will be the same concept as Al Capone's sentencing for tax evasion.

Whether or not the COI will be going for the DP is debatable but it is clear that the investigators want to burn the whole thing down. The cheating OM did is the biggest threat to the NCAA.
Death penalty or bust!!!***

Is this true? Or just grapevine speculation? Did Rosebowl mention this? If this is true (and it wouldn't surprise me), then the death penalty will have to be an option, because it's evident traditional penalties and investigations aren't stopping them.

It's a pretty clear indication that they don't intend to hand down the death penalty for the existing violations, or at least the investigative side of the NCAA doesn't think so. Otherwise, there would be no return on the continued investment of furthering the investigation.
They never were going to hand out the death penalty.

Did Bdork say in the video that the investigation is officially completed? That this is all behind them now and it is time to move forward. Would he really put himself out there like that if it were common knowledge that the NCAA is still investigating?

Yes, he would put himself out there yet again. While they are getting crushed by the NCAA, they're still trying to win the media and the message the media puts out. By putting out the youtube video, they were able to cherry pick the allegations to release that best suited their agenda. This is an attempt to lessen the articles written when Bjerk actually release the entire NOA. Manipulating the media message probably just pisses off the NCAA tho
