Women vs Tennessee
Vivians has done all our scoring so far. We're down 6-4 very early.
-
Now down 26-9 in the 2nd -- geesh looks like we're trying to play our way into a 3-seed.

Getting run out of the gym. 26-9. We are shooting less than 20%

I've never seen us play as bad as we have the last two games.

We are shooting 17 % to their 56%. They are 3-4 from 3.

I had a feeling today would go like this after the UK game.
We need an easy 1st round SEC opponent to find our rythm and get it going again.
-
We are getting flat out out played. They are playing lights out defense

Yeah, I was afraid of that too. On the brighter side, we're only down 16 after the half (lots better than it was). Still not out of it.

I honestly would look at adjusting senior day activities in a way. I know you have to have it, but it just seems to me that they are so tight because they want to win so bad.
It would be hard to do with football, but with basketball I would consider having an ADDITIONAL ceremony the night before the game, preferably during the team meal. Today you had 4 sr's. What if you had the immediate family of the 4 sr's there and had Schaefer speak about the 4 and actually present them with the plaque that they are presented before the game? You could still do it at the game for show for the fans, but I just think there is too much emotion when all this happens before the game. If you do a little of it beforehand and let them see the plaque and be around the family, it won't all be so new and thrown at them all at once right before the game. The announces kept talking about all of them crying, etc. I think it's worth a look at least.

There's crying in basketball?
There's certainly no crying in baseball.

Only way to have kept the #1 was to win the SEC tourney. I think it remains the same. Win the tourney, I think we get it.

This crowd is great. Schaefer has done a fantastic job here.

I've been traveling and just turned it on. Looks like a classic case of Mississippi State bed shitting. We just can't have nice things.

Hopefully not. We had enough of that last year.
