    This why they're paying Wes NcGriff 1M to be DC. Perfect fit, career assistant, black, looking to get ahead, sounds like a Croom clone to me.

    Right. He the "interim in waiting" for next year. Then they go from there.

    McGriff was at OM from 2012 through signing day 2013 and helped OM sign Robert Nkemdiche, Tony Connor, and Lavon Hooks in 2013. He's dirty, OM better not promote him to head coach or they'll get the death penalty for sure.

    They should hire UAB's head coach. He has experience bringing a program back from a death penalty like situation.***
