Freeze on new recruiting rules: "I think it's reckless, really."
That is not made up. That is a real qoute from spring meetings. Sallee has the full Freeze video on his TL. It's in reference to OVs in spring to accommodate for early signing period. How he lacks the self awareness to call any recruiting rule reckless is a new level of rich.

It disrupts his method of cheating.

Good call on the lack of self-awareness. The guy ZERO
It's funny to me how the media continue to ask the coaches who rely on flips & cheating what they think about the new recruiting rules, but rarely ask anyone else.

Death penalty or bust!!!***

How is it reckless Hugh? I'm sorry, but that guy has no business giving his shitastic opinion on anything remotely related to recruiting.
-
Wonder what his answer would be if the new rule was to allow coaches and boosters to visit recruits together?

Of course Sallee thinks Hugh is a go to guy to get his thoughts. He still refuses to believe Hugh has done ANY thing wrong
Not only did Mississippi State embarrass LSU on this night. Davis Wade Stadium wrecked Tiger Stadium in music choice, atmosphere and, most of all, volume.

His whole deal is being mad about being able to start OVs before HS jr year grades are final. He even mentioned how you want to be first to bringing kids in. Well, I guess you're going to evaluate better. I guess you're going to have to decide if you want to roll the dice on some kids. Guess what? So does everybody else.
He's also upset about the rule change about hiring recruits coaches to analyst positions just to land recruits. It's how he got his job and how they got Shea. He says it will hurt opportunities for HS coaches and in certain situations it could. If a HS coach is really good and wants that opportunity, 1 elite prospect isn't going to make or break you. If all you had to jump in to college coaching was 1 really good player, you probably don't deserve it anyway.
The rule changes aren't perfect. There are unintended consequences and downsides to any new rule. However, in totality, these changes are good for CFB as far as leveling the playing field under the current system. Calling them reckless when your program has 21 level ones coming to roost in the coming months is literal insanity.

I tried to view the video earlier and there was no video to view. Just a blank spot where the video should be. Do you have to have a twitter account to view it?
-
So why is Hugh Freeze worried about it? After the NCAA gets through with him, he won't have to worry about recruiting.

I know a potential recruit that had BF's psnl cell number -- he's in the 10th grade and plays QB.... not joking
I told the young man that IF he wanted to talk to a recruiter PLEASE talk to his coach first....
