    It's only laying the wood if you can't get equal or better talent to replace your losses. That's why everyone here remember who we lost so vividly because we normally don't replace them with equal talent. Just for the moment let's say this how it plays out

    Lose Bishop Gain Smith
    Lose Mason Gain Brule
    Lose McDowell Gain Sampson
    Lose Winkel Gain Robinson

    I think most fans would take those trades in a heartbeat. Again it's about who you sign not who you lose.

    We are now the favorite on CBs for Sampson (58%). If the staff lands a 4* OL this late in the game, that would be an incredible job.
