    Ari, you're right the damn services are highly inaccurate. Just look at the players that came to MSU low rated and are starring in the NFL now. We might be a helluva developmental school, but people like Dak, Fletcher and KJ had talent coming out of HS and nobody else recognized it but us.
    The thing that chaps my A$$ is when a player commits to us they get a downgrade in their ranking, this has been going on for years. It makes you think that these guys that do the ranking went to Black Bear U., only place they could get in.

    The recruiting services often go into denial when we get commits from good players. They rank them accordingly.

    Seems like that to me too, especially when a player loses a star after they sign with us and gain a star when they sign with Alabama. This is why I watch the films and disregard the ratings. The raters don't know what the hell they are doing.

    #23 is the Composite ranking (average of the all the main recruiting services). Directly below in smaller font is the official 247 ranking. He's number 7 on their list.
