If it's who I am thinking of, I saw his HUDL highlights a couple weeks ago - and he is definitely SEC RB material.

    ****ETA -
Yes, it is the kid I was thinking about. Yes, if there is any way possible , we want this prospect in a big way. I talked about my thoughts/eval on him earlier in this thread. Bottom line - he is a game changer in every sense of the word.

I really, really like Coleton Beck. He's starting to pick up power 5 offers. I expect this kid to collect a good many of them before he commits. G5 schools are all over him already.

Just saw we offered Sam Jones, WR from Richmond Hill HS, GA. I've seen him the last 2 seasons - kid is a deep threat. He was about all they had on offense last year.

So who would we prefer? Webb or Jarveon Howard?

I like both, but I really really like Webb. L. Perkins and a little JRob in one.

I watched Webb's video a few months back and have been hoping we'd get him ever since. He'd be a great compliment to Hill.

    Guidry update.
Since he released his top 5 and IF those top 5 remain the same expect him to be in maroon come the spring '18. LSU would have to miss on a few guys to show the interest needed and being Dec guy is good for us.

And with the "handlers" I think the drive for mom and sis is much closer to Starkville than Eugene or Tempe.

I thought Guidry was almost a done deal for us. Still having to convince him?

Florida State trying hard to get in with Brandon Hodges. So is UMess. He is interested in the in-state schools so he can stay closer to home. We shall see how this all pans out.

If we lose him to OM, I think I'll just skip college football this fall.
