2019 star inside LB Donte Starks (http://247sports.com/Player/Donte-Starks-45573479) says he is going to play his senior year of high school football in MS (from his twitter). Was playing in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Guy is right outside of 5* status and we haven't even offered him yet. What gives?

It will be his Jr year but he's a LSU lock.

Ah right, his junior year. My mistake. Also didn't realize he was an LSU lock. I don't see the harm in extending the offer.
