    Really like Brock. Ed Lee was great as well.

    Chang, though, is a scientist-chef-genius with some of the things he is tinkering with.

    Really jealous of the special project flavor labs those guys have going in their shops. Wish I had the time, tools and skill to do the same.

    No doubt, lol. There hasn't been a chef featured that I just didn't like. David Kinch is another I really like; his focus on discipline and technique are really cool to me.

    I hate that the show has been taken off Netflix.
