    He finished 2nd in Chris sailer kicking competition behind Ruiz (ex-bama commit that flipped). He's a good kicker

    We shouldn't lose guys from our own backyard too often to Saban IMO. But Bulovas isn't from Mississippi. I don't think there is any blame to any on our staff with this recruitment, from what I've read and pieced together.

    It's just the reality of MSU recruiting against Saban.

    Agree. What sucks here is that Bama didn't decide they wanted a kicker till now. If they could just send us a list of the 25 guys they want to sign in September, it would really help us out and signing the optimal 25 guys.

    Ha! Yea ... then we could save some time in recruiting. Saban's like a damn shark and when we start chewing on a morsel he thinks might could help him (and hurt us if he takes it away), he swoops in.
