I'm all for honoring the military but it somehow seems to be a tradition now to avoid wearing Maroon whenever we play Texas A&M.

I feel like the school should wait and announce whatever "out" it's going to be once the time of the game is set. That way we don't have black outs at 11 am. I also don't think it's necessary to have an "out" for every single game.

I think that's mainly because we are both the same colors. Might be a deal between the two that we try to separate each other more.

Apparently we've totally ceded maroon to a team that is a conference newcomer even when playing in Starkville.

It seems wearing black and using the term “dawg” instead of “DOG” as was the traditional spelling would separate us from Georgia.....it appears MSU is trying to copy UGA...maybe my memory is skewed.....
