    Shep Smith is gay???

    just read an article on a website says he has come out of the closet. Not that there is anything wrong with that as SEINFELD show said.

    ???

    of course he came out of the rebelcloset long ago....

    I guarantee you Shep Smith is a Ole Miss message board warrior.

    There's Fox News clip out there of an exchange he had with another SEC fan (who was also a Fox News reporter/anchor). This was live on the air. Instead of a simple "Go Rebels", "we're going to beat you guys", or something...he couldn't let it go. Really had some personal banter with this other guy and got all red-faced about supporting his Rebels and denigrating the other team and the guy he was talking to. It was unprofessional and I'd never seen anything like it from a news anchor on a major news channel.

    During all that, Shep was saying and behaving exactly like you'd expect from your typical nafoomer.

    No surprise ... everybody assumed he was for a long time. But I have not heard that he "came out of the closet". I don't understand why Fox keeps that guy around ... maybe it's because they don't want to be accused of firing a guy because he's gay. Seems to me like there would be plenty of other legitimate reasons if that's their issue.
