Is the Ghost you mention here the Ghost in the Machine you show later in this thread? If so it must be good to be mentioned in the same breath as these other beers. I'm going to get my hands on some soon.

Yes, it is great. Not sure where you are located, but I don't believe it's distributed in MS. I have a good friend in Laffayette that is solid enough to wait in line at the brewery and buy some for me. Their other beer I posted here, Envie, is very good as well and not as tough to come by.

Sunday gravy turned out great. One over angel hair and one over spiralized zucchini

I am in MS. Ive had the Envie and I agree. I will seek out the Ghost. If you can get your hands on a Crowd Control from Southern Prohibition out of Hattiesburg I recommend it. I am impressed that a Mississippi brewery can brew something that can at least be in the ballpark with the beers you mentioned.

Quick saut? in a pan with a little butter, salt, & pepper. Doesn't take long. Let them sit for a mi ute because they release a ton of water. I cut them myself with a spiralizer I got at Kroger.

Thanks. My wife is type 2 diabetic and won't eat noodles but I think would eat those.
